Referral Program Terms

These terms govern the Raven referral program operated by Raven CAD GmbH ("Raven," "we," "us"). By sharing your referral code or taking part, you agree to these terms.

1. Who Can Take Part

The program is open to active paying Raven customers on a self-serve plan (Personal, Professional, or Educational). Each eligible customer receives a unique personal referral code. Enterprise accounts are not part of the program.

2. How It Works

1. You share your personal referral code with anyone who is not already a Raven customer.
2. They sign up for a paid Raven plan and enter your code at checkout.
3. Once their paid subscription is confirmed, we credit you one free month of Raven.

3. The Reward

For every qualifying referral, you receive one free month on your own plan, credited as a discount on your next invoice. The value of the free month equals one month of a single license at your current plan rate. On a multi-seat Professional plan this means one free seat for one month, not a free month for your entire team. There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make, so each qualifying referral earns another free month.

4. What Counts as a Qualifying Referral

A referral qualifies only if all of the following are true:

• The referred person is a new customer who has not held a paid Raven subscription before.
• They start a paid subscription (free plans and trials alone do not count) and enter your code at checkout.
• The referred subscription must be a full paid license, meaning Personal or Professional. A discounted student (Educational) license does not count as a qualifying referral, unless you are on the student plan yourself.
• The subscription is paid for and remains active past the refund and cancellation window of 14 days.

Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and codes shared through spam or paid advertising do not qualify.

5. Crediting and Timing

Rewards are applied after the referred subscription clears the 14 day window. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and apply only to future Raven invoices. If a referred subscription is refunded or cancelled within the window, the related reward is void.

6. Changes and Fair Use

We may change, pause, or end the program, or adjust these terms, at any time. We may withhold rewards and disqualify participants in case of abuse, fraud, or attempts to game the program. These terms supplement Raven's general Terms of Service.
